Ability to understand contract procedures and principles, construction logic, and sequencing of complex projects. Proven success in managing multiple concurrent projects. Excellent interpersonal skills for establishing rapport and managing relationships with various parties, including employees, contractors, and suppliers, and clients involved in the execution of an assigned project.
