| Role: Oracle HCM HRMS Functional Consultant Location: Dallas, TX ( Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Interview: Video Job Description: 10 years of experience Minimum10+ years business analysis experience with Oracle E-Business Suite ( R12.2.6) & Above Should have Functional and Technical expertise in EBS R12 HRMS Core HR, SSHR, Absence management & Incentive Compensation (Functional 70% & Technical 30%) Expertise in Oracle XML Publisher Reports, Discoverer reports, EIS Reports, AOL Setup configuration, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, AME setup creation, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Interface design (Conversion/Migration) Be involved in all aspects of the development life cycle , including architecture, development, testing, training, implementation, and support of reporting applications. Responsible for translating business requirements into effective and efficient solutions for diverse and complex business problems. Design, configure, unit and system testing, documentation, assist in training and implementation of projects, programs, workflows, etc. Ability to think logically in solving problems and to present recommendations in a clear and concise form as part of the ongoing Customer Support Work closely with Oracle support and raise service request as and when required for business-critical issues.
