| Job Title: Oracle EBS R12 SCM Functional Consultant Inventory/ Shipping/ Planning Client location: Austin, Texas (Onsite only) Need folks who will relocate day one or local to this place. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle R12 SCM Functional Consultant specializing in ASCP, Inventory and Shipping modules to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite R12 with a focus on Inventory and Shipping modules. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of supply chain management processes, business requirements, and Oracle SCM best practices. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand functional requirements related to Inventory and Shipping processes. Conduct workshops and interviews to identify business needs and challenges. Solution Design and Configuration: Design and configure Oracle R12 Planning(ASCP), Inventory and Shipping modules to meet business requirements. Provide expertise in recommending best practices and optimizing processes within the SCM domain. Implementation and Testing: Lead the implementation of Oracle SCM solutions, ensuring a smooth and efficient deployment. Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of Inventory and Shipping processes. User Training: Conduct user training sessions to educate end-users on Oracle SCM functionality and best practices. Create training materials and documentation to support end-user knowledge. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for Oracle R12 Inventory and Shipping modules. Investigate and resolve issues, working closely with technical teams if necessary. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and other functional consultants. Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on the progress of SCM initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business, etc.). Proven experience as an Oracle R12 SCM Functional Consultant with a focus on Planning, Inventory and Shipping modules. Strong understanding of supply chain business processes and industry best practices. In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and its SCM modules. Ability to lead and participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications in Oracle SCM modules are a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with integrations between Oracle SCM modules and other ERP modules. Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting.
