Alongwith Oracle Financial experience strong experience and hands on Oracle CorePurchasing, Oracle iProcurement. Priorexperience and hands on experience in integrations Oracle EBS and Tax solutions(Vertex). Hands onexperience in writing PL/SQLs for analysis and troubleshooting. Must haveexcellent client management skills, stakeholder management. Priorexperience in implementing or supporting interfaces with Oracle EBS (PayablesInvoices) for Document Scanning/Imaging solutions. Prefer to have Alfresco,Ephesoft to Account Payables. Strongprior experience in implementing and supporting Inbound and Outbound Interfacesto Oracle Financials and Procure to Pay Track preferably using SOA or OracleFusion middleware. Primary Responsibilities for BSA: Lead anynew Initiatives, Projects or process Improvements for Financials and Procure toPay to Pay Track Current Environment R12.2.9. Providesupport for existing features, functionalities, custom interfaces etc. forFinancials, Pay to Pay Track and other key custom financial business apps RegularMonth end closure support. Collaboratewith IT development team Onsite and Offshore to develop solutions to support,Incidents, new business requirements (Enhancements) or improve on performances/process(Defects). As SMEprovide identify process and system bottlenecks, system and process issues andprovide cost effective solutions with recommendations. Keep looking forImplementing out of the box features and eliminating customizations. Assistbusiness users in User Acceptance testing, Training for any new functionalfeatures or processes. Collaborate with QA and Business users to create testrepository for Automation and regression testing. Key Deliverables: IncidentManagement, Change Management and Triaging. Proactivelyprioritize Defects, Enhancements with business leads/super users for P2P track. RequirementGathering, Solution Designing of prioritized business requirements, Incidents,Defects and Enhancements and then implement and support Project Quarterly andmonthly releases (Dev/SIT/UAT/Prod Migration, cutover). At least 3 Majorrelease every year and with minor monthly releases. Preparenew or update existing Functional Specifications (MD50), BR100, TE40's,Solution Design documentation & Functional configuration deploymentdocumentation or in Atlassian Confluence, JIRA, Troubleshooting run-books. Smoketesting on Pre-Production environments post Prod Clone for environmentreadiness. Assist business users on providing them test scenarios forregression and automation testing for any new feature or functionality. Shareweekly status reports to Hitachi and Client IT stakeholders. Qualifying Questions: Prior Team Lead Experience Minimum Experience 10-11 years Extensive experience in Technical solution designinginvolving complex integrations Experience in working offshore-onsite model Experience in Account Receivables Experience in Vertex / Tax Software Integration |
