Since it is an urgent business requirement your prompt response is appreciated Job Role : Service Now Technical Lead L1 with SaaS Experience Job Location : Remote Tools: TOOLS, AIOPS & BUSINESS SERVICE MGMT We are looking for a Senior developer, for configuring and implementing solutions on ServiceNow platform, which meets customer requirement. This role would maintain and support ServiceNow platform and applications. This person will work very closely with ServiceNow Architect, customer personnel, Business Analyst(s), IT support teams and other technical teams. This role would ensure that business needs around implementation of ServiceNow Platform are in controlled and predictive manner. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: Understands ServiceNow applications and architecture. Provides Low Level Design and implement technical solutions for ServiceNow implementation. Designs, codes, and tests technical solutions for the ServiceNow implementations. Provides/creates the required technical documentation for the ServiceNow implementations. Implement integrations with ServiceNow such as LDAP, SSO, Integration Hub, web-services, email and other relevant technologies. Implement ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping implementation. Implement Automation workflows using ServiceNow Orchestrator. Implement orchestration using workflow & Integration Hub Provide support in prototypes for client engagements & design / demo POC for new ServiceNow features Administer and troubleshoot the deployed applications and instance of ServiceNow. Assists in enforcement of development deadlines, schedules and quality deliverables. Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively, collaborate with other teams as applicable. Motivates and mentors junior developer to build solutions, which fulfils customer requirement. Contributes appropriately to conversations and assumes additional responsibility proactively. Support to delivery teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice without carrying line responsibility. Follows through with commitments and fosters mutual trust with fellow employees. Understands the necessity of, contributes to coding standards, and make sure it followed. Qualifications and Skills Should trained & (preferably) certified on ITILv3 foundation. Certified Systems Administrator and (preferably) Certified Application Developer. Experience in Implementation and Deign of Platforms like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager. Experience in Design and Implementation of solutions / applications on ServiceNow Platform. Hands-on implementing solutions on ServiceNow platform. Hands-on experience with Glide Script, JavaScript, XML, JSON and Web Service APIs. Able to understand & parse XML, JSON and other data formats. Understanding of HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Bootstrap coding. Experience on server side, client side & service portal way of coding of ServiceNow. Should have understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping implementation. Hands-on Experience & understanding of Service catalog and service portal. Hand-on experience on troubleshooting and fixing production issues. Exposure to provide L2/L3 support for production issues. Should have understanding of ServiceNow architecture and access control mechanism.
