Solutioning for Product mapping, Order generation flow in CPQ. Experienced with Salesforce Sales and Service cloud customization, Salesforce Configuration, Support and Maintenance Process. Handled Data Migration using workbench and Data loader. Experience on Tools and technologies including VS Code, Copado and other CICD pipelines. Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with Salesforce SMEs, Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce Salesforce sales, Service, Commerce, Community, B2B Cloud, CPQ, Integration procedure, Data migration. Experience in SFDC Configuration and Customization including Flow, Dataloader , Workflows, Apex, Triggers, Batches, SOQL, DML. Application customization and migration from legacy environment to Salesforce ecosystem. Lightning components including Data categories, Integration Procedures. Experience in salesforce App exchange product Experience in 3rd party app integrations Handled multiple projects in migration & integration experience.
