Must Have: Knowledge and mastery of the regulatory contexts related to electronic signatures Ability to work autonomous, rigorous, transparent and knowing how to prioritize its work. About the role: The eSignature (Enterprise Service) offering is based on the DocuSign eSignature solution. Approximately 95 ENGIE entities use it. The proposed support must be based on a profile confirmed with the DocuSign solution (ideally certified), open to other solutions, autonomous, rigorous, transparent and knowing how to prioritize its work. The main mission is to support users in the digitalization of their signature processes. This is done through several stages (presentation of the DocuSign solution / collection of requirements / creation of POC / implementation and configuration of the solution / configuration and implementation of specific connectors / user training / user support). In direct contact with the software editor, exchanges and feedback must be made regularly to the latter as integrator of the solution within ENGIE to ensure monitoring of the roadmap, user training and future developments.
