Position: SAP Trade Promotion Management (TPM) on HANA Functional Consultant Location: Westerville, OH DAY ONE SITE Duration: 12+ Months Contract We have a max rate of $60/hr on C2C Need Passport number Along with Submission. We are looking for H1 B candidates from Third-party Vendors Must-Have Technical/Functional Skills in SAP Trade Promotion Management on HANA Experience Required 2+ Years experience as a Business Analyst 5+ Years of SAP S/4 or SAP TPM (CRM/BW) experience Demonstrated education or experience with requirement elicitation techniques, as-is and to-be analysis, and business process modeling. Demonstrated education or experience with SDLC business validation documentation (i.e., User Requirements Specifications, Functional specifications) including technical documentation such as Design specifications, Configuration specifications, etc. Consumer Goods industry experience desired Roles & Responsibilities Learn and build knowledge of the Sales processes (e.g., Sales Volume Planning, Trade Promotions Management, Sales Settlements) Learn different analytical tools to proactively identify areas of opportunities for processes and applications improvement and business support. Learn and build knowledge of enterprise technologies, like SAP or Power BI, including how to execute system transactions and configuration. Assist in planning, designing, and developing new applications and enhancements to existing ones. Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end-users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business systems issues. Leverage technical expertise to identify opportunities to review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems while remaining fit-to-standard and minimizing custom development. Define, design, and document solutions including but not limited to requirements, business flows, integration process flows, and functional design documents. Support the creation of cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for proposed systems/solutions to aid management in making implementation decisions. Assist in the deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
