Position: Lead Java Developer Location- Malvern, PA (Onsite 3 days/wk Visa: Any Visa Company: Deloitte Overview: Deloitte is actively seeking a Tech Lead with strong expertise in AWS engineering, Java, Angular, NodeJS, DynamoDB, and Aurora. The ideal candidate will join our team based in Malvern, PA, contributing to the development of greenfield capabilities in the AWS cloud. This role requires a willingness to relocate to the Malvern area and a commitment to working onsite three days a week. Key Responsibilities: Lead a traditional Agile scrum team in developing greenfield capabilities on the AWS cloud. Utilize AWS services, Java, Angular, NodeJS, DynamoDB, and Aurora in the development process. Demonstrate expertise in cloud-native development and serverless, event-driven architecture. Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and deployment through the CI/CD pipeline. Collaborate with an approximately 8-person scrum team, prioritizing and working on the highest-priority tasks in each 2-week sprint. Adapt to varied tasks and challenges within the Agile development environment. Requirements: Proven experience as a Tech Lead with a focus on AWS engineering. Strong proficiency in Java, Angular, NodeJS, DynamoDB, and Aurora. Familiarity with cloud-native development and serverless, event-driven architecture. Commitment to onsite work in Malvern, PA, three days a week. Willingness to relocate to the Malvern area. Preferred Skills: Expertise in AWS services and solutions. Previous experience with CI/CD pipelines. Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies. Working Environment: Agile development environment with two-week sprints.
