Job Title: UI DEVELOPER (Angular) Location: Newark NJ (Day One Onsite Hybrid) Job Type: Contract Job Description: Top 3 skills required for this role: Angular 13-16 JavaScript and HTML5, CSS, AWS, Nice to have - AEM Forms Job description: As an Angular Developer with 10+ years you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design Main duties will include creating modules and components and coupling them together into a functional app Work on an agile team understanding business needs, performing analysis, and transforming them into testable components Conduct design reviews and code reviews on team members deliverables Employ industry best practices to deliver world-class solutions. Ensure developed solutions remain compliant with all applicable Prudential standards Drive software development activities to meet schedules and timelines Drive code quality through development of automated tests Research problems with a strong sense of ownership and develop solutions to address the problems Stay abreast of emerging technologies and how they can be applied to Prudential Enable change, help accelerate innovation Demonstrating experience with taking intelligent risks and leveraging a 'test and learn' mentality Committed to a spirit of authentic partnership to colleagues both internal and external to the organization Conduct component testing and integration testing Ensure that software standards, non-functional requirements and quality targets are met.
