Job Role : Service Now Technical Lead L1 with SaaS Experience Job Location : Remote Tools: TOOLS, AIOPS & BUSINESS SERVICE MGMT Should trained & (preferably) certified on ITILv3 foundation. Certified Systems Administrator and (preferably) Certified Application Developer. Experience in Implementation and Deign of Platforms like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager. Experience in Design and Implementation of solutions / applications on ServiceNow Platform. Hands-on implementing solutions on ServiceNow platform. Hands-on experience with Glide Script, JavaScript, XML, JSON and Web Service APIs. Able to understand & parse XML, JSON and other data formats. Understanding of HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Bootstrap coding. Experience on server side, client side & service portal way of coding of ServiceNow. Should have understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping implementation. Hands-on Experience & understanding of Service catalog and service portal. Hand-on experience on troubleshooting and fixing production issues. Exposure to provide L2/L3 support for production issues. Should have understanding of ServiceNow architecture and access control mechanism.
