QA Engineer We are looking for an excited, experienced, passionate and professional QA Engineer to join our team. Someone who will collaborate with our business and technology stakeholders across multiple groups to ensure that we deliver a better product quality through any process improvements. Responsibilities: Ensure user requirements are satisfied, releases to production are defect free, and systems/changes will perform as expected and will not adversely impact operations Research and tests features, enhancement and defect fixes in testing and production environments Establish QA processes and guidelines. Develop and enforce the use of QA policies and procedures Incorporate best practices and root cause analysis to measure and improve execution and effectiveness Ensure test plans and scenarios utilize requirements, design, and development artifacts to ensure user requirements in scope are verified and validated Develop automation testing code to be integrated with the continuous integration and continuous delivery lifecycle of the software development Approve build and release pipelines. Follow up with appropriate teams in a timely manner to resolve issues. Analyze and automate issue detection and mitigation to avoid future occurrence. Drive towards better product quality through any process improvements. Background Skills & Experience: At least 5+ years of Enterprise QA experience in an Agile eCommerce environments, preferably headless commerce using Salesforce Commerce Cloud Experience with qTest, Jira or similar requirements, test case management and defect repository Strong experience in executing various aspects of software testing - Smoke Tests, Integration Tests, Regression Tests, Security Tests, Performance Tests, and User Acceptance Tests Test Automation experience using Selenium, Cucumber, or Jasmine frameworks Working knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud services (e.g. Business Manager, Catalog, Products, PriceBooks, Content Slots, Search, Storefront, etc) Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential Experience in software development life cycle activities planning, designing, deploying, testing and supporting digital applications Desired Skills & Experience: Must have: Experience with Agile project and test case management tools like Azure DevOps, qTest, Jira Must have: Experience manual and automation testing of user interfaces, APIs and database systems Must have: Experience with Agile ways of working and how they apply to the various aspects of software testing Must have: Working knowledge with Salesforce Commerce Cloud services - Business Manager, Catalog, Products, PriceBooks, Content Slots, Search, Storefront Nice to have: Experience testing integrations with payment processing systems like Cybersource, Stripe, Plaid, Klarna Nice to have: Experience testing integrations with ratings and review management systems like Bazaarvoice Regards, Pranav Chand Vastika Inc. 1200 West Walnut Hill Lane, Suite# 2200, Irving, TX 75038 Email:[email protected] Cell Phone: 469-706-3634 |
