Job Role: ServiceNow developer

Duration: 6 months+

Location: New York onsite Local candidate

Visa: USC, GC only

Note: Need Strong Sr Candidate 10 years experience with excellent communication skills.

Required Skills:

5+ years experience in administering the ServiceNow Platform

3+ years of experience in developing ServiceNow products, including core ITSM modules, CSM, and FSM

Strong knowledge and experience with Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Proven ability to configure ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, advanced UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes and UI Scripts to fulfill requirements, including knowledge of and experience with JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5

Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs

Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications

Experience with working on email notifications in ServiceNow.

Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders

Proficiency working with Update Sets and Scoped Applications

Knowledgeable about ServiceNow Development Best Practices

Implementation experience of CSM is preferred

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Certified Implementation Specialist certification

Certified Application Developer

Experience working with Scrum or Agile development processes

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

Position Duties

- 40% Carry out all technical development in ServiceNow (includes scripting + configuration)

- 25% Working through the backlog of client requests, including enhancements and defects

- 15% Manage integration activities of ServiceLink with external systems; web services (SOAP and REST)

- 10% Work with the functional team to assist with testing and releasing new features and enhancements

- 10% Assist in testing and upgrades to new versions of ServiceNow
