Job title: Sr. Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer Location: West Chester, PA ( Onsite / Hybrid ) Duration : 12+ Months What youll do: Responsible for Developing, designing, and executing IAM services, ensuring that security is "built into" the organization's application infrastructure. Responsible for providing technical leadership, coaching, consulting, and direction regarding architectural solutions, processes, and strategies. Create technology patterns and roadmaps for the Enterprise that cross multiple domains. Lead positive change efforts by guiding the business teams, technology teams, and customers, through awareness, buy-in, commitment, and acceptance, resulting in enhanced experiences and business performance. Maintain current industry knowledge of new IAM technologies, products, and strategies. Recommend security enhancements and purchases to maintain healthy and functional systems. Must to have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related industry (or equivalent experience).8+ years of combined Technology and IAM experience, including engineering and systems architecture. Hands-on experience in Sailpoint, Azure AD, and Centrify solutions/tools design, implementation, development, and configuration. Broad exposure to multiplatform environments, supporting a global enterprise with multiple data centers, locations, divisions, and subsidiaries Ability to influence, and build relationships across a global enterprise as a technical authority on IAM. Ability to design and build new features and workflows into IAM technology.
