Role: Oracle EBS Obligations Analyst Location: Washington, DC 20005 (Onsite 2-3 days in a week) Duration: Long Term Contract Only US Citizen Statement of Work: Contractor will be modernizing the financial business processes for USAC, to include implementing Oracle EBS. There are two workstreams one for the Federal Universal Service Fund and one for the commercial USAC entity. The work includes Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Cutover, and Hypercare. Task Description: This request is to support Release 1 deployment. Required skills/Level of Experience: Experience implementing Oracle EBS 12.x, to include understanding/analyzing client requirements, running discovery workshops, designing to-be process in Oracle, and configuring the system. Significant experience with Payables and Obligations modules to address client processes. Ability to work in a team.
