Job Summary: Complete Description: *Candidate will be required to work ONSITE daily M-F 8-5pm, NO exceptions This role will serve as the primary resource responsible for maintaining Central Office workstation inventory, ordering, issuance, peripherals, maintenance, disposal, etc. The Data Analyst will be responsible for appropriate stewardship of funds related to Information Technology assets. The identified candidate will serve as the primary contact for vendors and service providers, as well as coordinating the agency wide validation of refresh eligible workstations, identifying hardware/peripheral standards, continual maintenance of the Configuration Management Database, and related systems. Skills: Knowledge of IT Asset Management best practices. Required 5 Years Ability to analyze business needs, gather and analyze data, and communicate solutions. Required 5 Years Skill in the use of troubleshooting tools, managing, and administering Windows workstations. Required 3 Years Demonstrated skill in organization, time management, and task prioritization in a high-volume workspace. Required 5 Years Experience providing strong customer service with a customer first attitude. Required 5 Years Knowledge of State policy and governance. VITA Experience a plus. Desired Required 3 Years Skill in SQL queries, data manipulation, report development, and BI tools. Nice to have 3 Years.
