The ideal candidate must possess excellent background in Manual and exposure to Automation Testing of Web and Windows Based Applications. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team. Responsibilities As a Test Lead, you will Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices. Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally. Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated). Requirements 6-8 years of experience in Manual Testing of Web and Windows Based Applications. Testing Web Based Applications Experience is a must. Must have good experience in both Manual and Automated Testing Knowledge on Functional & test automation frameworks - Programming languages, such as Java & C# Must know SQL queries to see interaction of Frontend Application with Database. Must have good Aptitude and Understanding of Business Logic of Websites. Must be able to handle Team of Testers, be hands- on and help the team in Testing. Understand the Requirements thoroughly and should be able to build all Test Cases for different types of scenarios and based on business logic. Must be able to make Test Plan and Effort Estimation Sheets for QA Phase and make sure the team completes Testing Phase on time. Must know how to review Test Cases, How to Review Test Case Executions and should know how to give Defect Giving Sessions with the Developers and Testers. Good experience in preparation and execution of test cases, Reporting of defects, preparation of Test Reports, etc. Must be able to create various environments needed for various type of Testing.
