What youll do: Support our Microsoft Azure cloud-based network infrastructure. Support our primarily Microsoft suite of desktop and enterprise applications and services. Develop and maintain secure solutions for providing IT services to our two primary offices and our distributed team of engineers and analysts spread across more than 12 states. Provide IT subject matter expert support to our managers and analysts developing solution packages for achieving and maintaining organizational certifications, e.g., CMMC, ISO 27001 Draft and maintain IT policies, standard operating procedures, and similar documents to ensure consistent support outcomes. Communicate and present effectively with all audiences, including high-level stakeholders. REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience supporting general IT, Microsoft Office 365, Intune, Sentinel, and Microsoft Azure operations. DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Experience working in IT in a secure standards-based environment.
