Position: Quality Lead for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Module

Location: Remote

Job Functions / Responsibilities

Specifics for the position should include SAP Compensation module experience in these areas:

Implementation of compensation SuccessFactors Compensation Module for all IC (Incentive Compensation) and LTIP (Long Term Incentive Plan) eligible employees

Compensation:

Variable Pay: Sales Incentive Plan Global (Grade 31-32, IC Bonus)

Variable Pay: Incentive Compensation Plan Global (Grade 41 & up, IC Bonus)

Variable Pay: Long term Incentive Cash Plan Global

Integration with SAP ERP US (Post Bonus Payment)

SAP SuccessFactors  compensation functional with Testing

Represent Quality Assurance on cross-functional project team, with responsibility for quality planning including test planning and execution

Maintain test plans and test cases so they remain up-to-date, reflecting current requirements

Plan and test cycles (UAT, performance, integration, regression, etc.) in Agile environment

Maintain quality center test cases and activities

Manage defect triage process

Communicate directly with Development team regarding software defects and requirements

Follow established process for defect tracking and reporting, including logging defects in a detailed and reproducible way

Establish and maintain productive relationships with developers, project managers and other team members

Compile and communicate test status and metrics to the project team and management

Provide coaching on testing processes and defect reporting to team members to support test activities

Qualifications

5 Years of Working experience

SuccessFactors Compensation Module

Thorough understanding of software quality assurance and quality control techniques and software development lifecycles (SDLC)

Various Test Methodologies

Knowledgeable in HP Quality & Performance Center use and administration

Demonstrated creative and analytical problem solving and decision making skills

Proficient with all MS Office tools, including Visio and Project

Maintain a high level of quality while working under pressure and deadlines

Good to have:

HP UFT, Selenium, Visual StudioCodedUI, SoapUI, NUnit/MSUnit, Certify

Knowledgeable and hands on in performance testing tools: HP Performance Center, Visual Studio Web/Load Tests, performance counters

Knowledgeable in VBScript, C#, or Java

Understanding of testing web services: SOAP, REST
