Position: Oracle Business Analyst with Q2C Quote to Cash Experience (Remote) Location: Remote with Travel Duration: 12 Months VISA- USC & GC Job Description: The travel schedule- Week of Feb 5-8th, meeting in Chattanooga, TN Week of Mar 4-7, meeting in Chattanooga, TN Starting Mar 11- end of April, candidates has to travel Burlington, WI and Chattanooga, TN Key Activities & Responsibilities Configure Oracle Fusion and CPQ Test the Oracle System and related processes Design and document systems solutions/specifications Design business processes Interpret business requirements and help the business prioritize Train users both one on one and more formally in larger groups Author functional specification documents Design reports Coordinate activities with other team members and the business Collaborate on cross-functional activities Enter and manage Oracle service requests Provide 24 x 7 support during production cutover and go-live events Work with various vendors To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are: A BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent and/or combination of training and experience as deemed sufficient by management. 5+ years of experience as a business analyst 3+ years of Oracle Cloud Fusion experience specifically with Quoting, Ordering, Shipping, Pricing, and Order Orchestration 3+ years of Oracle CPQ experience Has experience designing business processes. Experience with revenue cycles and engineer to order process is a plus Has experience designing systems solutions. Has experience developing and executing test plans. Experience coordinating project activities Flexible and adaptable in prioritizing workloads, coping with pressures, deadlines, and rapidly changing situations. Strong communication skills including presentation skills. Creative thinker, results-oriented, analytical mindset, and a focused problem-solver.
