Experience in Embedded Electronics  Mobile handsets, Tablets, CPE, Router, Video Product and Services MNCs.
Managing projects for various OEMs/ODMs.
Experienced as a Technical Program Manager/Product Owner
+ Extensive Project & Program Management experience across multiple Geographical locations like North Americas, Asia and Europe managing expectations of High-End business customers with complex needs, providing high quality end products/solutions.
+ Steered several projects, from scratch till production, undertaking technical (architecture, design, coding and testing) as well as managerial (team building, resource allocation, scheduling) responsibilities.
Efficiently performed Program management processes including Project planning, Scope management, Estimation, Budgeting, Forecasting, Accruals, Vendor Invoice management, Risk & Issue management, Change management, Execution & Control, Metrics reporting, Quality management, Resource management
+ Extensive knowledge of mobile handset domain (Qualcomm, TI, Samsung), Video/Broadband CPE, Linux Kernel, embedded software design, Hardware Interfaces, Low Level Drivers development, multiprocessor chipsets and embedded system debugging techniques.
