The Logic Monitor Tool Implementation Specialist is responsible for designing, configuring, and managing the LogicMonitor tool to monitor the IT infrastructure and applications of an organization. The primary goal of this position is to implement the LogicMonitor tool to maximize its capabilities and ensure that it meets the requirements of the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, project management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must have real business experience implementing NPM tools like LogicMonitor or modular automation tools like Itential. Key Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for LogicMonitor tool implementation. Design and configure the LogicMonitor tool to monitor IT infrastructure and applications based on business requirements. Develop and customize monitoring templates and dashboards to visualize data and identify trends. Develop custom alerts and notification mechanisms to notify the appropriate stakeholders of issues. Develop custom scripts or integrations to collect data from non-standard systems. Provide training to end-users on the use of the LogicMonitor tool. Deploy the tool to end-users and ensure successful adoption. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the LogicMonitor tool. Work collaboratively with other IT teams to integrate the LogicMonitor tool with other systems and processes. Stay up-to-date with the latest LogicMonitor tool and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7-15 years of experience in LogicMonitor tool implementation and administration. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and application monitoring principles and best practices. Experience with other monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds. Experience with scripting languages such as Power or Python. Strong project management skills and experience leading LogicMonitor tool implementation projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
