Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert). Building Azure from Scratch: 5 years (Required) Proficient in production software development processes, including release management, builds, and version control. Familiarity with various system architectures, such as three-tier, web services, and micro-services. Expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure). Strong understanding of software development life cycle and containerization technologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing the importance of collaboration in a DevOps culture. Demonstrated ability to be a team player and leader, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational abilities and proven multitasking skills. Responsibilities: Oversee the implementation and deployment of cloud solutions across various platforms (Azure). Design, develop, and deliver dynamically scalable, available, fault-tolerant, reliable, and secure cloud solutions on Azure or AWS (Azure Preferred) Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Strong understanding of virtual networks and general network management functions. Solid knowledge of concepts of designing and developing dynamic cloud solutions. Solid knowledge of concepts and moving parts involved in continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD). Interpret and provide solutions on complex technologies and architectures. Cloud Formation / automation / PowerShell / DSC / Comparable Linux scripting. (Linux scripting preferred) Experience equivalent to site reliability engineering, DevOps, and/or DevSecOps Other skills: Containerization, Linux, Database skills, security and recovery, web services, and applications programming interfaces (APIs) Analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance capabilities. Assess and mitigate risks associated with cloud architecture. Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and trends. Explore innovative cloud solutions and practices to advance organizational objectives. Collaborate with IT teams, software engineers, business units, and external stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver cloud solutions. Effectively communicate cloud strategies and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Document cloud architectures, solutions, and procedures. Develop and advocate for best practices and standards in cloud architecture. Expert guidance to development teams regarding infrastructure. Experience with designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available mission critical environments for 24x7 availability.
