From: Zara, TechRakers [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description: Overview The Marketing Enablement Technology group is seeking a Sr. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Business Analyst. The Marketing Enablement Technology group is responsible for the strategic planning, construction, enhancement, maintenance, and governance of the firms AEM platform as well as many digital web properties and enterprise content delivery channels. In this role, you will design, develop requirements, modify, adapt, and implement short- and long-term solutions to information technology needs through new and existing applications, systems, and applications infrastructure. You will develop, review system requirements, and business processes with the delivery team. You will test and debug software solutions. Job Level Description Requires in depth knowledge and expertise in their own job discipline and working knowledge of related disciplines Leads projects or work streams within broader projects Accountable for work of self and sometimes others, provides process and standards advice in specialty Able to work independently with minimal guidance, as well as part of a team Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience Role Summary and Responsibilities Defines complex or enterprise-wise business needs for new and/or enhanced products, services, or optimized business processes Works closely and develops relationships with a variety of senior level internal and external business partners to ensure that all business requirements are understood, documented, and met Works on initiatives of moderate complexity size and impact Business Knowledge Able to work directly with business stakeholders Decisions show a focus on current and future business priorities, together with fiscal responsibility Can articulate business needs and translate them back to the agile team for technical solutions Demonstrates knowledge of product/flows within the domain supported Analytical Skills Ability to breakdown complex or vague problems and steps through them in a rational way Makes tactical vs. strategic tradeoffs Flexible in his or her thinking; able to evolve a solution when additional information or ideas are presented Identifies opportunities for process improvements Assists in implementing new process as technologies, risks and methodologies evolve Technical Skills Typically requires 3+ years of progressive experience with a BS or MS in Computer Science or another related technical discipline Effectively identifies upstream and/or downstream system/process/data impacts (upstream and downstream) and proposes appropriate alternatives/ remediation Demonstrates proficient understanding in multiple technologies/applications Communicates technical concepts to non-technical audiences using multiple forms such as verbal and written Identifies impacts across teams and coordinates to manage dependencies and potentially competing priorities Stays current with many bests of breed technologies Active participant in all phases of the software development life cycle Ensuring a lean-agile mind-set is applied to work projects Working on initiatives of moderate complexity, size and impact Ability to breakdown complex or vague problems and steps through them in a rational way Able to evolve a decision as new information is gained Connects ones own work with the strategy of their team and/or department/firm Independently works with subject matter experts on complex work to ensure clarity of the problem/opportunity and elicit business requirements Demonstrates strong logic and reasoning capabilities Uses questions and proposals to clarify requirements when unclear Leads discussions with the business on multiple options to help solve the root cause, including various trade-offs and recommended approach Formulates several possible solutions/alternatives before asking for help Finding opportunities for process improvements Assisting in implementation of new processes as technologies, risks, and methodologies evolve Displaying dedication to helping team members/makes suggestions to improve practices Experience with the following specific Technologies/Products is a plus: Experience working on digital projects with frameworks such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Knowledge of related Adobe products including Analytics, Target, Campaign, and how the Adobe products work together in the eco-system.
