We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record for the successful implementation and management of an Opioid Grant Management System.

*MUST BE LOCAL TO METRO ATLANTA AREA*

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of our grant management system, ensuring its alignment with organizational goals and objectives. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented and results-driven professional to lead a critical project that directly impacts our ability to manage grants efficiently and transparently

Job Summary:

System Implementation:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Grant Management System, ensuring that it meets the organization's specific requirements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to customize and configure the system according to best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, end-users, and executive stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and milestones.

Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, addressing concerns and seeking feedback to ensure alignment with organizational needs.

Quality Assurance:

Implement robust quality assurance processes to guarantee the accuracy, reliability, and security of grant-related data.

Conduct testing and validation procedures to ensure the system meets established standards.

Training and Support:

Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure optimal utilization of the Grant Management System.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing issues and optimizing system performance.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the successful implementation of IT projects

Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects within defined timelines and budgets.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Solid understanding of System Development Life Cycle and Agile methodology

Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Skilled with using Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Outlook, Visio and devOps

Ability to communicate to management, business, and technical personnel as well as resolve conflicts.

Experienced with the implementation of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics projects.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with grant management implementation processes, policies, and compliance requirements. (Preferred).

Current PMP Certification.
