| From: Santhoshi, HAN IT Staffing [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role : UX Designer Lead - Hybrid Location: Chicago, IL CLient : Capgemini Responsibilities : 8+ years of professional experience in experience/interaction design (although you might have had a different job title, like UX designer), and a robust practical and theoretical grounding in experience design through your studies Ability to work onsite at company headquarters in Chicago three days per week Familiarity with articulating and incorporating accessibility standards and guidelines into design documents and specifications A passion for understanding customer and user needs, as well as experience working with UX researchers and conducting UX research Exemplary core design skills, demonstrated in your portfolio of recent work A love of learning new things and growing your skills by diving in head-first to the task at hand Excellent presentation skills, with a strong ability to clearly explain your work to others Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams A deep knowledge of and expertise using design and prototyping tools (such as Figma) and design language systems Affinity for frogs values, and a passion for creating products that meet peoples functional and emotional needs Experience working in an agile product delivery environment Business level ability to conduct business in English Penchant to nerd-out on design and emerging trends It would be a bonus if you had: Education background or experience in OT, Office of Accommodations with a focus on assistive technology, or a heavy background in assistive technology Experience working in a variety of organizations (start-up, corporate, agency/consultancy) Academic, professional, or life experience from outside the design field that enriches your perspective as a designer Keywords: user experience information technology Illinois |
