Job Role: M365 Technical Project Manager

Location: Plantation, FL (Onsite)

Duration: 6 months+

Visa: Any visa Except H1B, CPT

Must-have skills:

3+ y of exp as a Technical Project Manager; exp leading projects with implementation, migration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 environment; energy exp

Additional information:

The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested.  The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.

Requirements:

Availability to work 100% at the Clients site in Plantation, FL (required);

Experience as a Technical Project Manager;

Experience lead and manage the implementation of new M365 features, applications, and services, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives;

Experience with the migration of data and applications to M365, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption;

Conduct user training and adoption initiatives, promoting effective utilization of M365 tools

Preferred:

Experience in energy industry

Responsibilities

include but are not limited to the following:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business units, stakeholders) to gather requirements, define solutions, and manage project expectations;

Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed;

Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, plans, and risk assessments;

Stay current on the latest M365 technologies and trends, recommending and implementing innovative solutions;

Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment within the project team;

Develop and execute project plans, defining scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and communication strategies.
