| Title : Oracle HCM Consultant with OTBI Job Location : Remote ( USA) Key Skills : Oracle HCM Cloud & Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence Development of key business reports using OTBI, BI Publish and HCM extract tools Development of Internal and External integrations using HCM Data Extract and OIC Must have a strong understanding of the Oracle HCM Cloud data model. Must have experience building complex SQL statements withing database tools and reporting applications. Having experience with descriptive/extensible flex fields, HDL, spreadsheet loader, functional configuration manager, fast formulas, user defined tables, value sets, value set queries is a plus. Techno-functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, PeopleSoft HCM, Workbrain, Recruiting Manager, Empower, and ServiceNow are highly desired.
