Role: Project Manager Location: Los Angeles, California Duration: 12 Months Client: Spruce Technology Inc Client Job ID#: SPR-081 Respond by Date: 01/19/24 5:00 PM Duties Track all in progress technology projects for LADBS Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for LADBS management detailing the progress of technology projects. Track the repair of major production issues. Work with LADBS staff to project reliable estimates for the duration of tasks. Develop and manage requirement and specification documentation for LADBS processes and contracts. Mandatory Requirements Experience (12+Years) Requirements This is an 100% Remote 3+ years of experience in Information Technology and Software Development Project Management. 3+ years of experience participating in full cycle Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including project planning, requirements tracking, design and development oversight, testing, implementation, technical documentation, post-deployment support and project closeout. 3+ years of work experience gathering and documenting business requirements (including functional, user, and system requirements). Solid knowledge and experience delivering agile, iterative development and design build projects. Experience in prototyping, process flow design/development, and using project management tools. Proficient understanding of Object-Oriented Concepts. Efficient and effective in the management of project resources Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills when interacting with all levels of management, customers, project team and staff. Strong project management, analysis and organizational skills. Experience managing project using different frameworks including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban. High proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Visio and PowerPoint required. Intermediate to advanced knowledge and proficiency in using Microsoft Access, Google Suite and Gmail are strongly desired. Ability to create complex spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports Excellent ability to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks, and meet deadlines for delivering assigned tasks. Capable of adapting to changing situations and shifting priorities. High proficiency in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with the project team, LADBS staff, and other City departments. Experience working respectfully in a culturally diverse work environment. Ability to work independently and with teams. Proficiency in Technical Documentation.
