| From: Ben, Heliogic LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: Sr. Observability & Monitoring Analyst Location: Onsite/Remote Experience: we have 2 roles One with 4-6 yrs Another with 2-4 yrs JD: Skills: Observability Monitoring Networking Cloud App Support Traiging Troubleshooting Run Books SOP Support On-Call Support Escalation L1 Support Enterprise Monitoring Analyst is responsible for delivering and supporting large-scale cloud, network system, application, service, intergrations, and business activity monitoring solutions Experience with monitoring tools such as DataDog, Splunk, Dynatrace, ELK, CloudWatch & Pager Duty This position involves monitoring of the cloud infra, network, systems, integrations and applications through observability platforms & customer build dashboards Individual will look at the issues reported, triage, reproduce issue and route to correct teams, per run books Individual will escalate and work with senior members of the team for the issues requiring next level of attention Stay abreast of the latest monitoring technology and trends Supporting the service support and service delivery goals for operational performance of the monitoring systems including: Deployment of new products and services, Management of false positives and negatives, Configuration, release, and change management Implementation of core applications supporting monitoring service support Excellent Communication (written as well) Skills Self-driven individual with good project management skills Solid understanding of large scale applications, network architectures, monitoring and fault management Must have 2+ years experience developing application dashboards utilizing the Dynatrace monitoring tool Minimum 2+ years experience administering multiple monitoring systems such as Dynatrace, Nimsoft, Compuware etc Strong Experience with Windows, Unix and Linux Systems Keywords: |
