| Role : Sr. Java API Developer Location : Plano TX ( Onsite In Person Interview ) Duration : 12 months In person interview Must We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to lead the development of APIs that are used to communicate with various software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality APIs that are scalable, secure, and high performing. You will work closely with our team of developers, architects, and analysts to ensure that our APIs meet business needs and exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality APIs using Java and related technologies such as Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs. Lead the development of unit tests, integration tests, and other types of tests to ensure high-quality software delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs. Troubleshoot and debug issues with the APIs and work with other team members to resolve problems. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers on the team. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other team members. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design, test plans, and user manuals. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in software development and technology. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in Java API development. Strong knowledge of Java and related technologies such as Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs. Proven experience in leading the development of APIs for large-scale applications. Familiarity with API design principles and best practices. Experience with database systems such as MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB. Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Docker. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
