Or equivalent work experience Required Experience: 1. Experience in web-based application (ex. ESRI WebApps) development with ArcGIS Enterprise. 2. Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online. 3. Experience with ArcGIS Portal management. 3. Experience with SQL Server & Geodatabase management. 4. Experience with ArcGIS for Desktop and Extensions. 5. Experience with ArcGIS Pro and Extensions. 6. Experience with developing and maintaining documentation, including metadata. 7. Experience with Mongo, Express, React, or Node JS (MERN), .Net Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server, or Angular. 8. Experience with developing Cloud solutions or web-based ArcGIS APIs (ESRI JavaScript API, ArcGIS REST API, Portal API, etc.). Job Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA) 1. GIS Data Management includes the application of governance practices, creation, and maintenance of metadata. 2. Customer interactions identifying GIS solutions for streamlining their workflows and processes. 3. Installation and configuration of Esri software suite. 4. Knowledge of Mongo, Express, React, or Node JS (MERN) is desirable. 5. Coordination with Transportation Technology Office for the development, testing, and deployment of applications. 6. SDE Geodatabase design and management 7. Assisting the Transportation Technology Office with troubleshooting web application issues and providing solutions as they occur. 8. Provide and assist with technology and functional upgrades of GIS software and web applications. 9. Migrate existing applications to the GIS Enterprise platform. 10. Create, publish, and share as needed both map and data services for consumption within the ArcGIS software suite. 11.
