| Role SecOps Product Owner Agile Coach Location Seattle, WA / Dallas, TX (Onsite day 1) Please share resume at [email protected] Job Description We are looking for a product owner / agile coach who can define and deliver value to our customers and stakeholders, and lead and coach our agile teams to achieve high performance and quality. Responsibilities Deep understanding of Snow SecOps domain Define and communicate the vision, goals, and roadmap of the product or service. Collaborate with the customers, stakeholders, and the development team to identify, validate, and prioritize the features and requirements. Write and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts to ensure clarity and alignment. Manage the product backlog and ensure it is visible, transparent, and up-to-date. Plan and facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and retrospective. Coach and mentor the development team and other stakeholders on agile principles, values, and practices. Monitor and track the progress, quality, and performance of the product or service using metrics and feedback. Identify and resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies that may affect the delivery of value. Promote a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation within and across the teams.
