Proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and agile-specific tools (e.g., agile project management software). Solid understanding of agile principles and practices. Experience with Salesforce integration technologies (REST, SOAP, APIs). Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. A proactive and agile mind-set that thrives on change and continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications: Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II. Knowledge of insurance industry concepts, agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and DevOps practices.
