| Hi, Hope you are doing great! I a m a Sr staffing specialist for Stellar IT Solutions. We have a contract position open for GIS Analyst that needs to be filled in immediately. Our Fortune 500 client is looking for a GIS Analyst to work on their project based out of Raleigh, NC/ Remote. Job title: GIS Analyst Location: Raleigh, NC/ Remote Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: Position supports the enterprise Roads & Highways product as well as implements data processing for the statewide LRS network. They will connect to DOT's network using their device/internet and then use a virtual machine via Citrix. Once the agency return to site, the contractor will be provided a desktop. GIS Analyst Expected skills: Experience with Esris Roads & Highways Experience in GIS analysis, including the Esri suite of products Experience working with linear referencing systems Knowledge and understanding of GIS principals, theories and practices Skills in development of analysis procedure, complex system integration, software configuration management, and business analysis Experience working with large, relational databases Description (including, but not limited to): o Implementing GIS analytic processes such as change detection and geoprocessing workflows . o Developing and executing queries or scripts o Maintaining roadway centerline and linear referenced data using Esri Roads & Highways o Utilizing GIS and organizational best practices to maintain and manage GIS layers o Documenting workflows, standards, and best practices o Executing test plans for all levels of system testing o Developing instructions for application support Skill Required Exp Experience using Esri Roads & Highways Required 2 Experience working with linear referencing systems Required 2 Knowledge and understanding of GIS principals, theories and practices Required 2 Skills in development of analysis procedure, complex system integration, software configuration management, and business analysis Required 2 Experience working with large, relational databases Required 2 Please send your updated word format resume along with your best contact details to [email protected] or call me at 240-774-0004.
