At least of 8 years of experience with Information Technology At least of 5 years of experience in Test Automations At least of 3 years of experience of Technical Test Automation Lead role Good Business Analytical, Problem-Solving Skills and Critical Thinking skill sets Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc. Sketching out ideas for automated software test procedures. Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas. Writing and executing automation scripts. Troubleshooting automation scripts and finalizing regression test suites. Automation testing (Selenium, Cucumber) needs to be hands-on. Leading the automation testing for customer facing web applications. Needs to be hands-on on different browsers and devices. Needs to be hands-on with logs review and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with web services testing, both SOAP and REST services. Agile (adapt and learn) Hands-on experience in Agile processes Attend retrospective improvements Communication Communication and reporting and proactive lead process Client interactions on daily basis during agile ceremonies Collaboration with cross-functional teams Preferred Skills At least 3 years of experience in Cable domain. Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment and client interfacing skills. Experience in Telecom domain. Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices.
