ServiceNow Administrator/Project Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION 

: Position will function as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow and Project lead for several ServiceNow projects. The main role will be to operationalize and administer our existing CMDB. This role will coordinate and train technical resources, to aid in researching and resolving conflicts and other issues in the CMDB. The secondary project will be to finalizing the rollout of Resource Manager, including building complex reports and dashboards.

Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator/Project Lead

Location:  Clark County, Nevada 500 S. Grand Central Parkway, NV 89155 (onsite)

Duration : 6-9 months (through June 30th, 2024)

WORK EXPERIENCE

A minimum of three years experience as a Project Lead for ServiceNow implementation and Administration, with minimal supervision

A minimum of three years experience as a ServiceNow Administrator managing all day to day administration for CMDB and supporting the ServiceNow platform.

Clear communicator demonstrating professional organization, technical documentation, creating project plans, and monitoring progress using Service-Now. As well as Experience in systems analysis, design, and programming. 

Experience integrating and managing multiple third-party data sources for CMDB

Hands on experience with implementation of Resource Manager/Time Sheet Portal, Project Management modules and reporting/dashboard creation. 

Self-starter, analytical problem-solving abilities, proactive/positive team player, resourceful and innovative

Roles/Responsibilities: 

Plan and Lead meetings for each project daily/weekly

Meeting notes using our template will be sent out within 24 hours of each meeting 

Timelines and deliverables will be met as indicated in project plan

Roadblocks will be reported to the supervisor for each project, no later than the Wednesday project meeting

Coordinates with ServiceNow support team on new or modifies existing applications within the platform.

Plans and develops test data to validate new or modified applications within the platform.  

Evaluates alternative solutions and recommends and implements appropriate applications design.  

Interviews functional and technical staff to gather documentation required for analysis of current system application requirements.   

Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the teams service by offering suggestions or direction as a member of the team.  

The successful candidate must work be able to work independently and as a Team.
