Ths person needs to know the basics of of holdings, transactions, benchmarks, etc 2Must have experience with Fixed Income and Derivatives. This is the primary area for Level 2 support. They will be working with the Portfolio Analysts to support them on any of their requests. 3.Must have strong SQL skills 4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as this person will be working directly with the users. 5.There is Production support on a rotation basis requirement once every 2 months and the person is expected to check the tests that are running and escalate or fix if need be. RESPONSIBILITIES Interact directly with investment professionals at all levels of the organization as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify issues and opportunities for improved methods and approaches to support investment processes. Answer functional and technical questions from business partners and colleagues. Manage production incidents, determining root cause, appropriate corrective actions, and follow-up. Respond to requests from our business for adhoc analysis as well as other information delivery solutions.
