You will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the systems and processes that support our production and development environments. You will also work closely with other engineers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the optimal performance, reliability and security of our systems. Job Responsibilities Monitor, maintain, and optimize the systems and processes that support our production and development environments, including servers, networks, databases, applications and cloud services. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or incidents that affect the availability, performance or security of our systems. Implement and automate best practices for system configuration, backup, recovery, patching, scaling and security. Design and deploy new systems and processes to support the business needs and requirements. Collaborate with other engineers, developers and stakeholders to provide technical guidance and support. Document and update the system architecture, procedures and policies. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the field of operations engineering. Job Requirements Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience At least 3 years of experience as Cloud Support Engineer or similar role Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation Experience with Terraform and other infrastructure as code tools.
