Day one onsite Visa : USC OR GC OR H1 Managing different End-user device types; activities include keeping the OS current and updated, testing models, evaluating specifications, deploying software and virtual desktops, administration of management tools, tier 3 support elaborated below. Manage and support build, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting activities for REI end user device types like desktops, laptops, Virtual machines, printers, scanners. Deploy and test applications while creating images. Perform remote troubleshooting as part of Tier 3 support. Work with Vendors to evaluate new technology, patches and updates to operating systems, drivers and applications. Deployment of applications, updates, patches. Co-ordinate and work with security on open vulnerabilities and patches.
