Role: Dev/Research Engineer 3 (Software Planning engineer) Duration: 12+ months Location: On-site /Mossville IL Technical Skills (Required) - Basic understanding of Diesel Engine Operation. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports. - Previous experience with to software development and validation Education & Experience Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering required and 5-7 years experience required. Typical task breakdown: - Plan, coordinate, evaluate and validate Engine Software content with upstream, parallel, and downstream partners. - Execute Engine Software release process in to meet schedule and cost expectations. - Investigate Engine Software field defects and coordinate their resolution and validation. - Continue to improve and document the Engine Software Planning and Releasing process.
