Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, project management, program support, business process support, reporting, and customer & consultant relationship management. The Team is understaffed with the current volume of applications, and given increased interest in DE carbonization plans in the multifamily sector, an additional project manager will be needed to support an expected influx of applications Skills and Experience Needed: General Guidance for Expected Years of Experience : 3-6 years Technical & Professional Skills & Knowledge: Has well developed understanding of relevant technical principles and their application to a program area. Develops/formulates Deployment issues, problems and needs in at least one technical area. Has acknowledged expertise at conceptual level of technical skills and knowledge in at least one program area. Has basic understanding of State energy/environmental economic development issues Creativity in Project & Program Development: Has developed and managed projects with little specific direction. Develops new projects and co-funding sources with own initiative. Carried out development of several projects through competitive solicitation phase that may or may not result from own initiative. Has provided ideas and rationale for program development in at least one technical area. Organization Skills & Productivity Has demonstrated ability to implement projects in a timely manner. Demonstrates the capability to manage all aspects of ongoing projects with no supervision. Is able to prioritize workload with other responsibilities. Effectively discharges general technical and project management assignments in a timely manner. Demonstrates strategic thinking connected to the organizations goals. Leadership / Interpersonal Relations / Judgement Has demonstrated ability to effectively head working groups or program teams. Provides guidance to junior staff when appropriate and can supervise the day-to-day work of interns. Has full confidence of peers and superiors. Primary Responsibilities, and Minimum and Preferred Qualifications The successful candidate will need to have the following skills: Past experience with the multifamily market Project management skills and the ability to successfully multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Manage scope, schedule and budget of project agreements and other program support agreements; Support strategic market engagement and partnership development; Facilitate and execute continuous improvement of program rules, and business processes; Excellent external and customer communications (written and verbal) skills; Must be a self-starter and function well independently and in teams; Must be a high level Microsoft Excel user, and be able to perform Pivot tables, advanced formulas, and advanced data analysis of complex data sets Are there any specialized skills that must be present for the position to be successful Excellent organizational skills High level Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot tables, graphing, and other advanced formulas and functions.
