Job Title: Business Analyst Client: State of Floride Location: Tallahassee, FL(From day one onsite) Duration: Long term Description: 8+ years experience with business requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data modeling. 5+ years experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products 2+ years experience in organizational change management that includes documentation of change management planning, communicating change to stakeholders, providing support during the transition, and monitoring the progress of the change implementation. Experience with financial analysis, including the ability to apply complex accounting principles, a working knowledge of accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls. Experience with analyzing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flowcharts. Experience working within a structured Project Management environment. Ability to be creative, to use sound judgment, and to display foresight to identify potential problems and design/specifications. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Ability to work independently. Ability to determine work priorities and ensure proper completion of work assignments. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality. Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, oral and written communication skills.
