Design architecture for large engagements and act as design authority 2. Design solutions involving multiple technology components after scoping out requirements for a client with large engagements 3. Identify and institutionalize best practices across multiple accounts and manage multiple customers and architects 4. Identify new business opportunities and along with Sales team get them converted to projects 5. Independently execute Technical Assessments, Due Diligence and Transitions Expectations from this role: Provide technical consultative leadership for large enterprise-wide systems during the pre-sales and/or post-sales cycles 1. Design architecture for large engagements and act as design authority 2. Independently execute Technical Assessments, Due Diligence and Transitions Typical performance measures: 1. # white papers/document assets published / working prototype 2. # of reusable frameworks/tools/artifacts created 3. # of technical complex solutions delivered 4. # of consulting assignments led/participated 5. Technology certifications 6. Customer feedback on overall technical quality (zero technology related escalations)Performance Areas: Project Control and Review: 1. Perform architecture design review 2. Identify opportunities for optimization of cost / time / asset utilization in complex projects and advise relevant teams accordingly where possible 3.
