| Role: Sail point developers 12++ Needed 100% Remote Client : KeyBank NO OPT CPT H1B SailPoint connector expertise on SAP Direct, SAP Ariba, SAP HANA, SAP GRC, SAP SuccessFactors, AD, OKTA, CyberArk, Azure AD, REST & SCIM connectors, Windows local connectors, Linux connectors, and MSSQL connectors. Ability to manage over large volume of connectors, as well as a thorough understanding of the application onboarding process in SailPoint for automated provisioning and deprovisioning Previous experience working with customers on Role Based Access Control configuration and support, as well as performing Advanced Analysis, troubleshooting, and problem isolation LCM workflow troubleshooting experience, as well as the ability to configure based on customer needs (GRC workflow experience must). Upgrade experience at least for 2 cycles between IIQ 6.4 and 8.4 Ability to configure the JML workflows, troubleshooting, and custom rule development Extensive troubleshooting experience with Aggregations and Refresh tasks, as well as Root Cause Analysis Conduct root cause analysis on audit requests and address technical gaps using IdentityIQ; understand audit stance and address data issues while working with various teams. Daily monitoring and management of the incident queue, as well as support for L2 and L1 analysts Access Review experience - knowledge of SailPoint Entitlement Owner Campaign is required. Experience integrating ServiceNow Service Desk and Service Catalog; ability to write scripts in velocity Thorough understanding on SDLC process, and change management Strong scripting skills, such as JAVA, XML, SQL, HTML, and PowerShell SQL database knowledge, including the ability to write queries to search the identity database for quick reporting turnarounds SailPoint Certified Engineer is a plus Knowledge in Firewalls, WebServers, JDK Configurations, Certificate installs Availability to work during Eastern Standard business hours and on specified weekends for business go-live activities.
