| From: Vijaykant Tyagi, Largeton [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] PeopleSoft Human Capital / Enterprise Learning Development Project Manager This is a one year contract with a one year extension 100% remote We really need a PeopleSoft Project Manager that has worked on PS HCM and hopefully Enterprise Learning and Development projects from Implementations to maintenance and working and leading the development teams. Duties and Responsibilities: This procurement is for the PeopleSoft Application Development Lead. This role is responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of our PeopleSoft applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PeopleSoft Application, as well as experience in leading and managing projects. Develop a comprehensive project plan, outlining project scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables. Lead project team, including functional and technical experts, to ensure smooth execution of the project. Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and stakeholders. Maintain clear and open communication channels. Work with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into project deliverables. Identify potential risks and issues related to the project and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively. Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that the deliverables meet the defined standards and align with business requirements. Prepare and present regular project status reports to project stakeholders and management. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the PeopleSoft project and provide recommendations for future projects. Ensure that the project adheres to organizational policies, procedures, and governance standards. Qualifications: Education and Years of Experience: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field 5+ years of experience in project management is essential with proven track record of successfully leading and delivering PeopleSoft projects on time and within budget. 8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft applications and modules is crucial. The project manager should have hands-on experience with PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades, customization, and maintenance. Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: Additional Requirements: Strong leadership and team management skills are vital to effectively guide project teams and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders, The ability to identify and address project-related challenges, risks, and issues proactively is important in ensuring project success. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or a hybrid approach is beneficial, as different projects may require different methodologies. Preferred Requirements: Master's degree in computer science or a related field. Experience in working with Hyperion and other third-party systems.
