The identified candidate will serve as the primary contact for vendors and service providers, as well as coordinating the agency wide validation of refresh eligible workstations, identifying hardware/peripheral standards, continual maintenance of the Configuration Management Database, and related systems. Required/Desired Skills Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Knowledge of IT Asset Management best practices.Required5Years Ability to analyze business needs, gather and analyze data, and communicate solutions. Required 5 Years Skill in the use of troubleshooting tools, managing, and administering Windows workstations. Required 3 Years Demonstrated skill in organization, time management, and task prioritization in a high-volume workspace. Required 5 Years Experience providing strong customer service with a customer first attitude. Required 5 Years Knowledge of State policy and governance. VITA Experience a plus. Desired 3 Years Skill in SQL queries, data manipulation, report development, and BI tools.
