From: Yogesh Sharma, StellentIT [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] D365 Organizational Change Management Remote, Cleveland, OH Phone + Skype Job description: As a Change Management Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the change management activities for a large-scale enterprise transformation project involving the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), a cloud-based business application platform. You will work closely with senior leaders, project managers, business analysts, developers, and end-users to create documentation detailing the successful transition from the existing D365 environment to the re-imagined implementation. We will be utilizing the Success by Design framework. Job Requirements: Education and Experience: A certification or training in a recognized change management methodology, such as Prosci Experience in leading or supporting change management initiatives for large-scale IT projects, preferably involving D365 or other cloud-based business applications Knowledge of the D365 platform and its capabilities, features, and benefits Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess the impact and risks of change and develop appropriate mitigation strategies Proficient in Microsoft 365 and D365 tools, such as Teams, SharePoint, and Azure Boards Job Responsibilities: Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities, such as impact analysis, stakeholder identification, communication planning, training planning, and resistance management Support and coach senior leaders, managers, and project teams to fulfill their roles in the change process and ensure alignment of change management and project objectives Other qualifications: Highly engaged (GWC) Gets it, Wants it, Has Capacity o Gets it has to do with a deep understanding of the business function and associated roles. o Wants it has an undeniable passion to be part of the team. o Capacity has to do with talent, skills, abilities, time, and knowledge.
