Best Practices - Keep all Parties on Track and Informed. Introduce Agile Engineering Practices. Coach Team Members. Host Daily Standup Meetings. Assist the Product Owner With the Product Backlog. Remove Roadblocks. Teach Scrum Practices and Principles. Experienced in Agile delivery. Know Agile processes well. Defining Scrum priorities and scope Scrum planning. Backlog Grooming Combination of Business and Technical knowledge. Top 2 Must Haves: 1. Scrum Master 2. Agile Methodology Education & Experience: Undergraduate Degree Agile Certification is required Project Management Certification, preferred 7-10 years financial management experience Required Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures and principles of project management Exposure to financial management with respect to tracking, forecasting and managing project budgets.
