Manage and support build, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting activities for REI end user device types like desktops, laptops, Virtual machines, printers, scanners. Deploy and test applications while creating images. Perform remote troubleshooting as part of Tier 3 support. Work with Vendors to evaluate new technology, patches and updates to operating systems, drivers and applications. Deployment of applications, updates, patches. Co-ordinate and work with security on open vulnerabilities and patches. Keep track of Image versioning and previous x copy of image/build versions Act as Tier 3 support for Microsoft communication and collaboration tools and technologies used by end users.
